I have one question. I have 140 and 485 concurrently applied. If there's an rfe o 140 will they ask for paystubs ? I have some personal problems recently and I dont have paystubs for about two months.

Depends on what kind of company you work for and what kind of proferred wage your GC application has and what kind of money you been making on w2s since your labor process has started. Again it all depends on whether you receive an RFE or not but if you work for a company that is H1B dependent and has multiple 140 petitions pending and your application is filed with NSC , I think you should be prepared for an RFE on your companies ability to pay.

How do you know that your 485 was approved even if NC was pending? Does your GC - physical card or the approval notice/emails - indicate that your approval is contingent on NC?
The day before my approval email I spoke to an IO at NSC using POJ method. They said, my case has been assigned to an officer. when i asked my name check status, she said, 180 day rule you don't have to worry.

Photographs are not big-deal. USCIS will RFE for them.

Even I was thinking in these lines. :D Just a few days back I figured that Hyderabad used to be a country even after Indian independence. Even though I am from a different state, I was thinking that people from the former state of Hyderabad should be able to get their own 7% quota. From my experience, if you file EAD/AP by yourself, all communications regarding EAD/AP will go to you. No need to file G-28. If you want all I-485 communication rerouted to you, you need to file G-28 and put yourself as a representative.
I could not find age restriction for EAD, you may try to file. However there are legal restrictions on child labor in US so I really doubt they will issue EAD for a minor (under 14 years). My friend cound not get EAD for 12 year old.
Any others suggestions from other members...

This might delay your GC for another 2years. Mainly due to security concerns after 9 / 11. Better option is to get your GC and then apply as family. Will take at least 4 to 5 years.

I had the same problem a few years back and I believe you have to enter the total AGI(adjusted gross income) from last year's joint return even if your wife did not earn any income. As far as I remember, if you filed a joint return last year, that number will be the same for you and your wife. if you still have any doubt, you can call IRS or consult a tax professional

Mean time shall i work hourly job and get around $1200 per month with same job description with using my EAD(new company will run payroll and W2). Also i am keep looking permanent full time job with my higher salary.
For the hourly job they asking to fill I-9(employment eligibility verification will inform USCIS). On that form asking my A# with EAD expiration date.
Is there a chance USCIS will know my hourly job?. My concern - this hourly job will create a problem for my GC process (chance to get REF) because rate is low
Please give me your valuable suggestion

In Bank and other Government agencies they officially refer as I-485 Resident. In bank while approving a loan, one of the valid statuses is I-485 Resident.

It doesn't say "that people are waiting for GC because of strict rules". That is totally taken out of context. Re-read the article.
Keep in mind where the article has appeared - BBC. Keep in mind the audience of the article - people who don't know anything about this issue. From that perspective it does a decent job of providing someone with some idea as to what the H1B/GC issues are about. It is in no way meant to be (or attempts to do) a thorough in depth report on what is going on. Think of it as just a "big picture" overview of the PATHETIC state of US immigration system as it applies to H1Bs and GCs.
On the point of painting "H1B issue as Indian issue" - Although the article doesn't claim to do that, don't you think that when 65% of H1Bs are taken up by Indian nationals (at least in 2000, probably more later, http://www.murthy.com/news/UDtechi.html)
